iShop Mixup

I had great experience here. I bought Apple Watch and EarPods . The beautiful girl in the video attached is super helpful and she had lot of patience and helped to unbox, charge and explain everything until I am satisfied and even told me I can reach her if I face problems. After 10 months my AirPod got wet and stopped charging and apple showing wrong warranty period, since I didn’t know Spanish and customer care of apple is in Spanish then Luis Fernando ( picture) helped me a lot and he is gentle handsome and helpful person. Appreciate them

Terrible service, I wanted to purchase a device, however they told me that they only accepted some specific credit cards, which seemed extremely strange to me because I ended up buying it on their website and I had no problem with the card at the time.

I was not allowed to pass. Without any explanation from the guard, I was pushed aside and I was not allowed to enter. Meanwhile, other people who came to the place were treated. The place was almost empty, so it was not containment to prevent COVID infections as established by the SSA. Unfortunate case of discrimination in the 21st century. In the end, they didn't even have the 2M USB cable I needed for my iPhone, which I was able to buy with much greater comfort at Sanborns, which is opposite such a pitiful iShop that apparently they have nothing: no education, no merchandise.

We bought a lens from this store a while ago and there is supposed to be a warranty on phone lenses. We ask for the guarantee because we are within the time it is covered. According to them, they searched for the purchase on their computer and found nothing. I think they didn't "want" to find the purchase in their records. We showed them the purchase in an account statement but they did not want to make the guarantee valid.

Honestly, the “Technicians” try to label customers as stupid, they think they know the entire problem with your device, you tell them what the problem is and in the end they return it to you without correcting it, plus you paid for the repair, once a guy for telling him to buy my device online, without checking it he told me that my device was PIRATE even though having Apple care, these "TECHNICIANS" lack a lot of empathy with customers
